4. Submit all required forms and (Non-Ohio State) Samples to Trademark & Licensing at:

New Proposals are REVIEWED on the SECOND TUESDAY of each month by the Ohio State Licensing Advisory Board.

Deadline for each month: All FULLY-COMPLETE Proposals received by the Friday before the Tuesday meeting will be included in that monthly meeting.

  • Availability of similar products through existing licensees
